The concept behind this shoot was to use the same beauty techniques that makeup artist would normally apply to women’s beauty, and transpose them directly on our male models for this shoot. For the styling, we want some big and heavy statement jewelry.
It easy to fall in the same patterns & technics and working around what is known and what we are use to see. Since the beginning of my career, I have always follow my own path. Lots of people told me I should follow a specific guideline, same path as everyone.
My style evolved over the years. I’ve tried new concepts and technics. I’m really proud that I’ve stick to my guns and that I continue to create unique photoshoot.
Fashion should proliferate possibility not constraint it. In this series, we are face to a disregard for gender and this open a beautiful window for discussion on stereotypes and all topic around it.
The title All eyes on you come from an introspection after the shoot. The feeling you get when you look or act different from others and all eyes are on you. Why should we all be alike? For my part, I have always used difference as a force that makes who I am and this is what’s sets me apart.
